i love fighting games, and the fgc, but some of the gatekeeping is very unfriendly and discouraging. i've been told over and over again i'm not a real fighting game player because i was nominated for a for fun awards show. like, zoom out, what are we even doing lol

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I won't be traveling to anymore tournaments/events until 2026. However, I am thankful to everyone that I got the chance to socialize with and hopefully we all meet again. Take care and be safe out there everyone. I'll still practice Tekken tho.

A lot of the T8 criticism is very much warranted. But LATELY, as in the past month and a half or so... a lot of it feels very hollow. Like it's the "cool thing" to hate the game now or something.

Ready for today. Let's see where this goes at Rocktown Beatdown for Tekken 8. It surely beats the 20 hr bus ride from KC to Chicago, the drive was 6 hrs. Very good scenic parts on the way here. I'm seeing EVO France...will go there eventually. Right now in training AR phase lol

Once everything does settle down. I have to make time to playing Final Fantasy Tactics - the Ivalice Chronicles. FFX, FFT, and FF7( this includes the remakes) are my top 3. Currently outside of Tekken, playing Stardew Valley Simulator in Yakuza: Like A Dragon -Infinite Wealth
