I had the privilege today of reading The Devil In Mia. I could not put it down. Finished it in one sitting. Insidiously scary, deliciously horrific, entirely believable - & an ending I DID NOT SEE COMING. 10/10 will read again. @Hart_Horrors is turning me into a horror reader.

👹 Wow, this is so good to hear. And so perceptive. Mia is indeed the least deserving of the entire cast 👹
Possession stories are my fave, and Jan delivers a great one. Not just with gross outs and jump scares -- which he does with gleeful disregard for decency and taboos -- but man, I really felt for Mia. She didn't deserve the devil, but most everyone around her did! Preorder now!

Always good to see my first horror baby out in the wild. Still love that glossy, grimy design, too. Reminds me of the VHS covers I used to see as a kid in our local video rental shop - all those weird and wonderful 80s horror titles.
Eyes Wide Open from @Hart_Horrors is the Latest addition to tbr mountain (and to my @DarkVeilSociety collection) I’ve heard nothing but great things 🤘💀

Please stop saying your characters are choosing what they do and how you don’t control it. It’s not true. It’s literally impossible. And on a friendlier note: give yourself some credit. If you don’t believe you did this (because yes, your subconscious is still you), who will?
