We're working with NHS charities across the UK to transform patient care. Funding we awarded @harrogatehcc has enabled them to provide people living with dementia with activity boxes that help them to express themselves, as well as stimulate their minds. @HarrogateNHSFT @hdft_FoC

@HarrogateNHSFT have now been live with #OPTICA over a week. They have also adapted our board round module to effectively track criteria to reside status, discharge pathway and planned discharge dates for their patients. We clearly caught their excitement on camera 😉!
