According to our new study, the negative impacts of climate change on wellbeing are expected to fall disproportionately on low- and middle-income countries. In some countries, wellbeing levels are expected to drop by up to 18 percent in 2030.

These figures do not imply that cancer is worse for the individual’s #happiness than autoimmune illnesses. In fact, it’s not. Instead, it highlights that autoimmune disease is a more prevalent health problem, and hence has a higher overall potential impact on humanity if cured.
