Yesterday, I had the opportunity to spend time with the RNs and RPNs at Maynard Nursing Home in #Toronto. We focused on the Nursing Leadership #BPG and discussed what it means to lead from the frontline. Grateful for their insights and engagement with this tool. @Julia__Fine
