Correct. There is no housing shortage. That is a myth, and something politicians like to talk about. There are many homes out there, but they cost a lot, and most owners will just sit on them and wait for the market to rebound. It's not a supply issue.

Exactly. We don’t have a shortage of $300k Bentley cars. We do have a shortage of brand new $10k Toyota econo boxes
