As part of National Careers Week, the wonderful Lichfield Bridge Builders, supported by fantastic staff from Central Coop @mycoopfood delivered a morning of mock interviews to Year 13. There was a lovely buzz in the LRC and students did an amazing job! #NCW2024

Retail workers enforce the laws set by parliament. They deserve the protection of parliament too; as championed by @UsdawUnion @coopuk No logical reason for the Tories to block it. @UKLabour @CoopParty would make it a specific offence to assault a retail worker.
Deeply disappointed that the Government chose to vote against - once again - creating a specific offence of violence against retail workers. This violence is at epidemic level. @UKLabour support @UsdawUnion’s campaign for a new offence to tackle it.
