I visited TSMC to give an invited seminar on #ALDep and ML-driven material synthesis for the future of Si device fabrication. The site felt like the heart of Taiwan’s technology, and all the researchers were smart and highly self-motivated. It was a great experience!

Today, I gave an invited seminar at National Taiwan University, on #ALDep for semiconductor technology. The students were excellent and highly motivated. They showed great interest in cutting-edge device fabrication technologies, largely due to Taiwan’s strong Si industry.
