So there’s a bunch of different groups that do this but the one that did it for me was BACA: Bikers Against Child Abuse. When my father was trespassing on our property when I was 6 - 7-years-old, they would ride up and down our street at night watching for him.

And these guys were tried and true bikers. Some of them had criminal histories, but the one thing that united them to better their lives was kids like me. I’ve lost touch with some of them now, but I’ll never forget any of them. Tinman and Sunshine I’m forever grateful for.

We struggled through hell in family court for over a decade with my mother desperately trying to keep custody of me and my brother. Financially it was awful, but the bikers would organize fundraisers and other events to help us.

As someone who has family that worked at UPS for 30+ years, contact corporate. It’s highly likely someone tossed the package and broke the glass and/or stole the hard drive, as tech thefts are super common at UPS. Corporate scares the fuck out of warehouse managers.
