I’ll never forget that the world didn’t care about the 11,000 Palestinian hostages. Many were taken BEFORE Oct 7. Many are children. There was only ever one side that should have been pressured to “release the hostages” and that side was Israel.

We are happy that our brothers and sisters in Gaza have a chance to breathe during this temporary ceasefire after such a devastating genocide. However, this is not a case of “forgive and forget.” Justice and accountability are still due.
