I talk to my coworkers I go out and get drinks with my coworkers. But I’m also not socially awkward or a pain in the ass. I also know how to discern and limit conversations. I don’t HAVE to tell my coworkers everything because I got the sense enough not to.

If you don’t know how to have a light convo with your coworkers that’s a skills issue. No matter how much of their business they tell you, you can always be vague. It’s not hard at all.
