Today I achieve my goal. Today I am #PrettyForPAX. This journey has had wins and positives but it came with more loss and tears than I wanted or intended. 40kgs and 30% of my body weight later I get to walk through those expo doors. What did it cost? Sadly, everything.

Bring what truly makes you unique to the ring, comm table, microphone… YOU!
FOR ME…. I like when my pro wrestlers have personalities. I like when my pro wrestling announcers have personalities. I like when my pro wrestling refs have personalities. I like when the guy that sweeps the ring has a personality. I think it’s fun. I like my wrestling fun.

This may be the most important picture of John Cena’s career. Cody Rhodes & CM Punk left not on the best terms. WWE changed. They changed. The constant: John Cena. A catalyst to help bring them home. On his final night, they are who hold the gold. They send him off. Full circle

It’s funny. The other day I had a post typed up connecting my father’s death 4 weeks ago to why I understood what John Cena did by “letting go” on Saturday, and I didn’t hit publish because I felt people may think it was weird to compare death to a wrestling career. Then Cena

Say the thing. Tell people what they mean to you. Thank them for kindly and generously for sharing their time with you. Many of us are uncomfortable with receiving compliments because we don’t get them often or we second guess our worth. You are worth the kindness and love!
Having @JohnCena share his first words since retirement on this podcast is something I’ll never take lightly. He’s been a friend, a mentor, and one of my greatest teachers in this business. Enjoy this one—because moments like this are rare, and special for a reason. The

2025 was a really tough year, but 2026 looks a lot brighter. I'm happy to say that Holly and I are expecting again next summer. Please keep us in your prayers as while we are very excited and the baby is 100% healthy, it's a little scary going through it all again. Emil is in

Matt Hardy gives his interpretation of the finish to John Cena vs Gunther “John found solace in finally being able to quit, hence the smirk. In his mind, he didn't tap out, he clocked out & was walking away from the burden of being the face & flag bearer of WWE. John Cena

Big question When will @AusWresCards make a @jemstonepw card? One of the most important folks in Melbourne Wrestling. She knows we all love her but having her hard work immortalised would be beautiful.

The truth is John Cena is one of the last true traditionalists in wrestling. He listens to the crowd, calls matches on the fly, and carries knowledge from an era that no longer exists. This final run was about passing that wisdom to the next generation. Choosing to lose his last

The face of letting go. He had achieved everything he could & fought through it all. He turned it all around. From boos for winning to boos for refusing to win. He had left it better. He made it better. He gave it his all. There are no more fights to have here. #ThankYouCena
