#NoKings Rally in Montgomery! It was encouraging to see a massive turnout here in the state capital. The people hold the power when we come together.

We are heading to the #NoKings Rally! Spent last night having a family sign party. They want us to all be silent, so today, I hope everyone shows up peacefully to let them know we oppose the injustices happening across the country.

Philly Teamsters with Local 623 have passed a resolution to oppose deportation of their immigrant brothers and sisters. They are standing firm against the billionaire attempts to divide and conquer working people, and committing to the fight for immigrant rights.

The ideal Organizing and Communications Directors have experience leading and winning audacious campaigns. They will be co-strategists with JMA’s campaign directors and assistant directors to build capacity across our staff and coalitions.

Spending the day in Montgomery in support of labor and the working class. This includes our immigrant workers who are under attack. We must choose solidarity and pushback against the people who seek to divide us.

I was not prepared to use part of the inauguration to teach my 10 year old how to identify a white supremacist. She was upset & could not understand that much hate.Her generation is my hope for better,but we have to lay the foundation even if those conversations are hard.

If you have aligned yourself with the oppressors that won't protect you when there is no one left to fight back against the injustices unfolding around you. My heart is breaking for so many people tonight, but silence is not an option.
