AdTech will be more deterministic than it is now. The internet does not really help small businesses. It helps niche businesses which have a core differentiator and thereby price a premium and it helps large enterprises which need scale.

Building an app or tool was never the problem. Service delivery maintenance tickets edge cases adaptation and doing it everyday for many enterprises with Kiran’s of users is where it finally comes to.

everybody saying saas is finished because of ai but i still haven’t seen a vibe coded salesforce or slack people out here running 100 claude codes in parallel and yet… literally not a single big saas has been replaced by ai code lol
