Tropical Storm Helene has now formed and it's due to intensify and form into Hurricane Helene. By Tuesday evening, it's expected to make its way towards the Gulf of Mexico with Florida as its target on Thursday. It has potential to be a category 3 (or greater) strength hurricane.
