The HSCL GBV awareness school debate series continued in Sokoto, the students took turns to excitedly debate their topics, after which prizes were given to the best speakers, including books, school bags and other educational materials.

The biggest barrier to ending gender-based violence is SILENCE. When the survivors don't speak up for fear of getting judged, the perpetrators are encouraged to continue with the evil. Speak up. Tell your story and expose the perpetrators of GBV. Your voice matter!
