The Transition Care Unit is a home-like environment for new dialysis patients. The four-week program is a part of Humber's Nephrology Program.

We were pleased to welcome incoming Deputy Minister of Health Deborah Richardson, her team, and members from @OntarioHealthOH to tour our hospital. We visited our Command Centre, Pharmacy Department, patient rooms, Robotic Surgery and Intervention Radiology (IR) Suites.
