That should do it, 2-0 Yankee AA Team after 8. Met AA team Metting it up by going through too many pitchers.

1-0 Patriots mid 8th. Alright Somerset, put this trip away without dragging it out.

1-0 Somerset after 7. Probably should consider USL games for future trips because for one thing soccer games have more scoring than in MiLB.

1-0 Patriots at the stretch. Also the worst day weather wise of the trip, though nothing compared to the unlivable conditions 11 hours south of here.

1-0 Somerset after 6. Binghamton goes to the bullpen and then replaces him to get out of it.

1-0 Patriots mid 6th. Somerset starter somehow able to get through 6, obviously no runs allowed but he didn't pitch particularly efficiently.

1-0 Somerset after 5. Not a slow game but would like it to be faster as it will slow down when the bullpens get in.

1-0 Patriots mid 5th. Definitely without a doubt the worst stadium on this trip, possibly replacing Charleston as the worst stadium that is locally popular. Other 5 stadiums perfectly adequate and actually a better experience than those in the Carolinas.

1-0 Somerset after 4 as Binghamton makes a good throw to keep their deficit at 1.

1-0 Patriots mid 4th. Binghamton's only chance is to better against the bullpen as the Somerset starter probably will go only one more inning.

1-0 Somerset after 3. Patriots need more runs most likely, but their pitching is far better than the Spartanburgers.

Good thing I didn't come here yesterday as there was also fake baseball here and the Yankees affiliate won. They'll probably win again as Binghamton is already in the playoffs, similar to Brooklyn on Friday.

And for such reasons I could see Binghamton moving to Long Island. The Rumble Ponies were actually on the original kill-list before being removed from the final draft.

Somerset is a bit cramped being older than most now these days, built in 1999 for independent league ball. I think the Yankees decided to kill-list Trenton to make sure the better attended independent league teams like Somerset and St. Paul weren't a threat to organized baseball.
