Absolutely delighted to announce that I am now part-owner of Smooth Silesie, who can be seen here making all at Yarmouth last Monday (her 9th win). She’s picked up a small injury, so will be given a couple of months off before perhaps returning on the all weather in the New Year

Backing one of my favourite horses today. Smooth Silesie in the 3:30 at Yarmouth. Ground will suit this C&D winner and for last 5 runs on good or better read: 21211. Always gives her all and has the plum draw to take them on from the front. Pat Cosgrave won on her here in August

Ok so that very much went against her form after switching back to Jardine’s yard. 🤮👎👎
Catherine Chroi will be in the first 2 today. Every so often she goes over to Ireland for a few months, where her mark tumbles. She returns to the Jardine yard and goes on a winning streak. If she doesn’t win today, she will go very close indeed.

My Irish Cesarewitch pick today. Dawn Rising. 3rd and 5th in the last two runnings of the race, both off 4-5lbs higher than today’s mark. Falcon Eight maybe worth a closer look too with a couple of good places in this when it’s on the softer side.

Today’s race style selections. Finally with have some with a decent number of stars. They could all go close and so I may do a place only acca or similar today with these. Need to start getting some winners with this method or it’ll be ditched before too long, but hopefully the

Two winners yesterday, which were priced at 8/1 and 9/4 when listed in the morning. They went off at 7/2 and 11/8 which is what I’ve used for P and L. ROI down to 7.4% for SP. Will post today’s shortly
Today’s race style selections. One 5/1 winner yesterday (out of 5 runners) means the ROI has dropped to 8.6%. Quite a few today and most are jumps, so it will be interesting to see if they are worth keeping in! Further data below.
