And that’s a wrap! Today saw the Ship pass into the custody of our partners at Babcock as the final Duty Watch departed for the last time. Poignant to see her bare, though pride can be taken in all she has achieved over the years.

Thank you @HMSBlyth and @HmsRamsey. These highly capable ships have provided decades of sterling service. As the @RoyalNavy continues the development of autonomous systems their replacements will offer the Navy and the Nation improvements in safety, cost, portability, and agility

This is not the end for the Crew however, as we look forward to building up to operations on @HMSGrimsby after some well earned summer leave. To what the future brings!

Farewell old friend. Today @CO101RA attended the decommissioning of @HMSBlyth at Rosyth Royal Dockyard. Our 203 (Elswick) Battery based in Blyth had a long standing affiliation with Blyth, many of our Reservists had the opportunity to exchange visits with the ship and its crew
