Enjoyed productive conversations this week with several elected officials, including ideas to address the #plasticwastecrisis.

Had an amazing time recently kayaking the Deschutes River – I even sported this future kayaking fashion.

You may have heard about microplastics being discovered just about everywhere, but did you know they’ve been found in the blood of humans? Taking actions to stop the #plasticwastecrisis may very well impact the health of future generations.

Plastic waste is destroying ecosystems & threatening the health of the planet. Greater attention to this issue & taking action is needed before it’s too late. I’ll be sharing some observations & steps that can be taken to help solve it. Follow #plasticwastecrisis to learn more.

Thoroughly enjoyed hosting @uwchancellor Mnookin at our SCJ headquarters last week and glad she got the opportunity to meet with so many @UWMadison alums! Both @SCJohnson and UW-Madison have been a rich part of our state’s history for well over a century.

My grandfather shared many stories of his time working w/ Frank Lloyd Wright on our iconic headquarters. A recent visit to the @Guggenheim reminded me of how inspiring FLW’s work is and how fortunate @SCJohnson is to call one of his buildings home.
