“Don’t be a dick” isn’t a moral code. Its just a form of ideological mind control today because “not being a dick” means careful manipulation of your behaviour and conversation to the prevailing over-sensitised social norms. The “don’t be a dick” to woketard pipeline is real.

Not using correct pronouns etc has always been packaged under the morally philistine “don’t be a dick” package, which is just a pure expression of peer pressure, a “micro aggression”. All social cohesion requires this low level of bullying & coercion. Today its used for wokeness.
