Responsive instruction in action! @HaltonDSB
Looking at Ss’ writing samples, I realized a lesson on the 3 sounds of /y/ needed to be explicitly taught. First, we had fun moving & listening for each sound. Next, we wrote words. Lastly, Ss enjoyed applying their knowledge when reading a decodable book. Big smiles today! ❤️
