Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Allta had their their 3rd time out with Stronger Roots in Penallta Parc. This time we had warm sunshine and the children made clay monsters, talked about each others' superpowers, and worked as a team in the spiders web. A wonderful day with wonderful children

Rhydri Primary school had a much nicer experience of Stronger Roots this week, compared to the snow and freezing temperatures last time 🥶 This time we had lots of smiles and laughter 🍁🌿

Fabulous networking event at Rodney Parade with inspiring talks raising awareness about men's mental health in rugby. We shared our vision to support sports clubs to help them to create the conditions needed for children to thrive - with prevention at the heart 💙

Presented our 8th wellbeing workshop tonight to parents & caregivers of children attending Croesyceiliog Comprehensive School in Torfaen. Has been a pleasure to have met with such an engaging and thoughtful group of people in recent months 😊

A surprisingly sunny day at Red Brook Woods with Caerphilly Rangers and Graig Y Rhacca Primary school ☀️ The children and teachers enjoyed getting stuck in the spider's net🕸 and in the mud as well as completing sensory activities and teamwork exercises.
