Sometimes you need to think outside the box to find the easiest and most reliable solution. For this mod, I ended up installing the internal USB-C mod from the PS2 Slim to use with SuperPS2 - the console draws less current in this situation and the power supply doesn't crash.

I made a USB-C mod to power this console which contains many mods: superPS2, RetroGEM and Methylene, and the problem is that in some cases, for example when reading a burned CD, the console draws too much current, so I had to implement a voltage regulator to be able to increase

Some fun with awesome Blueretro by @collingall, adding a buzzer and flash with firmware implementing sounds on different actions (still buggy). For the more observant, and for fun, I modified the LEDs inside the ports with white LEDs to match this GameCube πŸ˜‰ . As always, a

installation in the USB-C card, here set to 15v by jumper. Also functional at 20v, but the power dissipation is greater on the voltage regulator.

and here's the USB-C power supply for PS2 Fat πŸ˜‰. Here's a quick explanation: .I had to use a 12v step-down device to use 15v output from the USB-C power supply. Because with a hard drive, my USB-C power supply (ugreen) couldn't deliver more than 3A at 12v (at peak when the hard
