@GunnerTas @gaslightyourmom Even a small house is expensive in my state even in a not nice neighborhood not near a big city and without high quality local amenities and services. So too are condos and duplex amd triplexes come to think of it.

@GunnerTas @gaslightyourmom You can see here in many cases condos afeomuch cheaper than single family and in skme cases actually cost more. Not to mention HOA on top of it.
