@gomer2323 It’s crazy af. There’s a whole reason we started making people get degrees. Jesus we are going back to what the 1800s?

@Akjoeak1 Well thank heavens. BUT I think it’s at the voucher schools that they don’t have to at all. I’m Florida you can and even hide your past from parents at charter schools.

@GrowingJohnsons Of any kind? Holy crap? I can kind of understand someone teaching HS English with an English degree and not a teaching degree, but no degree at all is crazy! At minimum Elementary educators need to be trained in education. There's so much to it.

@MoraEden All they have to do is ENTOLL in a college/university. I could do that again easily. Then not go. But still be teaching kids. Insane. In Florida if you teach at a private charter school you can do this w not even enrolling. You can also hide your past record from parents!

@GrowingJohnsons My god. We may need to accept the fact that our republic is dead. We have watched as a major political party has successfully rolled the cultural, educational clock back 200 yrs.

@Tanyawi75180162 I think we must and how can we really save it w scotus and the federal courts having so many unqualified right leaning judges and don’t even get started on the whole Republican Party. The capital police who let rioters in. The secret service. On and on. 🤦‍♀️

@GrowingJohnsons I would like to see one politician run a first grade classroom, keep the kids on task, differentiate instruction to meet all levels of learning, teach them all to be true readers and writers, and have them pass mandated tests. 💡Enter in recent high school grad…that should work

@GrowingJohnsons I love how our solution to college being too expensive for anyone to go is just to let teachers not get an education. What could possibly go wrong?! Mind you, the people making these policies are also the people who think teachers “just parrot an agenda from the textbook.”😕
