We finished off as a team with a 3-2 win, a tough game against a quality side in the battle for 3rd place, but we managed to win it with a lovely finish from @RoyEnright1 at the end. Loved the last 4/5 years but time to call it a day 🎤 (drop)😂

We play our last ever league game in the @EssexVetsLeague as the team will not continue next season. Hoping for a good display and to end with a win against Chipping Ongar. Thanks to everyone who has helped me over the years & to the guys who run the league in their own time 👏

Fantastic game of football against @ShenfieldAFC Vets, top group of lads. Thought we controlled the first half but 10 minutes of dominance from them after HT seen us go 2-1 up to 4-2 down, managed to get to 3-4 but couldn't find the 4th we deserved, but onto next week 👊

Enjoyable first game of the season against @ingatestnevetfc yesterday, good battle between both teams & played in the right spirits, draw a fair result in the end. Decent group of lads and will do well in their first season 👍 Look forward to the return game

After what seems like a lifetime the season finally kicks off this Saturday for Brandon Groves Vets, we are away to @ingatestnevetfc in the @EssexVetsLeague Div 4 West. Video compliments of our media department and sponsor TeamRates 😉

Tough game yesterday against a top quality @CatholicUtdFC Vets side, cut us open at will at times, we fought back at the end of the 1st half but fitness & lack of subs showed in the 2nd, top bunch of lads & quality ref for the game MOM designed by Team Rates, was Tom McSorley.

After a Desmond 2-2 last week against Aveley Vets, we take on @CatholicUtdFC Res in Southend in what will be a tough test, ill have to put myself on the bench so I can watch @CelticFC take all 3 points in the Glasgow Derby 🍀🍀😂

Our oppo for this Saturday has had to cancel. We have a pitch available for 10am on Saturday if any @EssexVetsLeague Div 4 or 3 teams fancy a pre-season run out just in time for the pubs opening 👍

With the club being the biggest it's ever been, adding girls team & training sessions, they have decided to update the club crest, well done to those that designed it, impressive 👏👏

The Vets sign off the season with a 6-0 win against the Coaches & Parent's team from Brandon Groves at @AveleyFC winning the challenge Cup for the 3rd year running, followed by the awards. Well done to the players of the year: 1st Anthony Knight 2nd Chris Reed 3rd Ben Beckett
