I am getting more confident that mobile apps will be dead soon. People will soon be able to make their own personal apps easily on the gemini app, so that becomes a super app. Google has Android, so Gemini could easily become the default operating system in the future...

Google could easily kill OpenAI if they just moved @GeminiApp to

I keep trying to switch from Claude Code to Gemini CLI, but Gemini keeps making errors that Claude Code just wouldn't do.

@auchenberg this is amazing and I love engineers reminds me of the old joke: "a test engineer walked into a bar, and ordered 0 beers, infinity beers, -5 beers, a googleplex beers, "beer" beers, 3 bears, etc etc

Ironic that we'll be able to watch the Succession GoJo merger storyline on Netflix

If an intelligent group of people that are building an excellent product makes a strategic acquisition that makes a lot of sense to them... isn't that worth trying to understand why?

I am very surprised at the number of people I'm seeing on Twitter questioning the decision to acquire Bun, and it makes me realize, wow people just talk out of their ass huh

Claude Code is built with TypeScript, React, Ink, and Bun. It makes sense that Anthropic bought Bun. All those people who are saying that it doesn't make sense to buy them don't know what they're talking about.

Hello Polish friends! Are you a parent and are looking to teach Polish to your child? Or do you know someone who is? I'm wondering if my app https://t.co/2jPtG6eb2W would be useful. Looking for users to help me. (it also supports Japanese, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese)

One side effect of using AI for development is that we're going to need more tooling to help humans review larger and larger PRs. Having to break them up just so that humans can understand them is inefficient. Humans are gonna have to learn how to deal.

As I've been playing around with both of them, I think Claude Code with Opus 4.5 makes less mistakes. Gemini CLI at some point decided it'd be a good idea to get rid of all my css.

Getting through MIT was the most difficult thing I've ever done in my life. It really, really sucked. The undergrads there told me it was hard af, I didn't believe them. I'm so glad I went through that. The engineering culture is the foundation of how I think.
