@RoyMay15 @Groholskisc I've been buying/eating sausage from the Helen & Elzie (RIH) @Groholskisc my whole life; when Groholski's was a grocery store. There is no better sausage. hands down. Texas' best kept secret.

The fun fact of the day for those of us around back then.....Tommy was a stalwart DE for the Bears in the old Southwestern Conference. He was also their leading scorer in the 1981 Cotton Bowl v. the Alabama Crimson Tide. Of course I had to Gigem and he had to Sicem!
