As someone who mains healer/support in games it's surprising how a little thank you will make me your pocket healer! 😉 Be nice to your healers!
I bind Thank You in OW/MW *specifically* to thank Healers for healing, *especially* to use after I ask. That's just common courtesy. If you're not healing, you only have to worry about your own health. They have to worry about EVERYONE'S. It's a hard job, they should be thanked.
