John Owen on Heb 8:6 (23:76): there are two distinct covenants, not a twofold administration of the same covenant of grace, even though he had affirmed this idea tens years earlier in Savoy Declaration 7:5. So: 1) was the later Owen confessional? 2) was the later Owen Reformed?
