Great first time this year doing the London commute - all trains cancelled due to ‘person hit by a train’. Grim I know, but bloody inconvenient. Now travelling cross country for an alternative line going south. At this rate don’t think I’ll be making that 10am workshop

The rebuild has finally started - back to the very beginning with Couch to 5km as unfortunately as it’s all my Achilles can handle at the mo. Hopefully soon get back to this time last year’s fitness levels 🤞
