I don't usually write about current events (my writing is usually very theoretical), but I have a strong sense that I should make a real effort to write on more contemporary and pressing political matters. 3/3.

Because I live abroad, of course I can't join protests like the "No Kings" protests planned for June 14th. What are other people doing? .2/3.

For my American friends living abroad, what are the most effective ways of protesting the disastrous policies of the Trump administration? Besides voting, I write to my senators (Georgia), and give to relevant charitable organisations (ACLU, etc.) 1/3.

Coming up in Turin!

Lots happening! First I’m off to Turin to speak on freedom and technology. Its the first leg of my short Schelling tour in Europe. After Turin, I'm off to Munich for the “System of World” Finally, I'll end in Tübingen to speak on Schelling and Kyoto.
