I continue to encounter the odd side of life when riding the bus to and from Amazon. On way home, a lady who just got out of jail wanted me to call her friend to pick her up. I acquiesced, though all the numbers were disconnected, except one, with voicemail.

Back to my regular 4-day nighttime schedule starting tomorrow night. At least the daytime extra shifts for Fridays & Saturdays are back and available. Next Friday, I’m going to try to attempt a tour to the Woodburn facility. Taking torches for the robots.

Did a 5-hour day shift at Amazon today. Was paid premium, but was mostly time spent gaining official permissions to do Trans Out on the ship dock. The course is on a Kindle Fire, which malfunctioned from the start. My iPad Pro cooperates 150% better.

I’ve tried that a few times, and it only brings on a “Hello?”/“Hello?” cycle for more than 5 minutes. What gets me are live voicemails that start when near cut off. #GenZ #Phone.
A new Gen Z trend involves not saying “hello” when answering the phone, instead waiting for the person that called to speak first. It’s a behavior that is frustrating older generations. What is your take on this phone etiquette?

I saw it on opening night for a review on a movie site I was working for at the time. Was riveting, as most Tarantino is. Also agreed at the backlash in how Bruce Lee was depicted. The alt-history ending was unsettling, if also an attempt at healing a wound.
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood released six years ago today & with every rewatch, I feel affirmed in my belief that this is 1) the best Leo performance ever 2) the best Brad performance ever & 3) Tarantino’s best film. Disagree? I suggest revisiting this film. It’s perfect.
