Inspiring talk from @nevtheknee and the work of @PowerUpToPlay on Day 1 of #BSCOSCCC2023 I have done warm-ups with movements similar to this throughout my career in elite level sport. Fantastic to see the data behind it and the importance of making it mainstream at all ages.
Mr Nev Davies takes the stage at #BSCOSCCC2023 presenting the great work in #Prevention of #Paediatric #Orthopaedic #Knee Injuries with @PowerUpToPlay - a 15min programme that can prevent injuries β½οΈπππΎππ in 5οΈβ£0οΈβ£% βΌοΈ#orthotwitter
