The embryos didn’t get the @xcelenergy memo and all decided this is our day. Jessica and Hannah, our TCVH clones and Taylor our @TTUVetMed senior student are cheering these barrel embryos on, with or without electricity.

Said power off at 9 at 824 off. Time is of the essence is definitely a real thing although we thought we would have 40 more minutes and honestly would not see power off until the wind actually blew! @xcelenergy

This is the first rabid animal found in Public Health Region 1 for 2026. It is Randall Counties first rabies case as well. This skunk was on the same property as a rabid skunk just 30 days ago.
