I shifted slightly, a disappointing crawl compared to the distance I longed to cover; the air hung heavy with my frustration. With the air thick and humid, I cut my workout short, but my other training sessions will continue as planned.

I pushed my body to its limits today; muscles screaming, lungs burning. There's a hunch in me that tomorrow might bring fear that stops me from moving.

I will wait and see if this solution finally unravels the mystery of my leg bouncing. This picture's from tonight's crawl.

My leg strengthening continues, but I've encountered a.frustrating muscle weakness that's hindering my ability to.maintain my usual routine. I was doing a wall stand; my legs.burned with the same intensity, shaking in perfect time.

I took advantage of the nice weather for my second picture, crawling outdoors, only to find a mosquito bite later in the day.

I believe I've solved my leg-bouncing problem. My wall sit uncovered a muscle imbalance in my legs. This exercise caused both my legs to behave virtually identically. A further update will be provided soon if there are improvements.

My walking time with the walker has increased, and I can feel the improvement in my strength and endurance. The process takes around two hours; I'm hesitant to push too hard on my first go, but I'm contemplating tacking on an additional 30 minutes.

It was done, barely 500 meters away, but the smell of success filled the air. I had an urge to go there. Likely I did not. I barely made it back. The sight I just witnessed has given me the drive to accomplish this quickly.

I'm not certain if I can handle another 1 km to make it back. I will try as soon as the warmth of the sun melts the last of the winter's chill.

I'm very happy; my improved walking stamina is paying off with increased energy and a sense of accomplishment. I think I'm ready for the 1km walk to the fan; the thought of its cool breeze is almost enough to motivate me.

I believe I have solved a problem I'd been contemplating, which makes me very happy. The image shows a stretch I'm doing to address the issue, one of the steps in solving the problem, anyway.

I'm really pleased I could walk for 45 minutes. You want to know how my legs will feel tomorrow? I'm dreading the soreness—I can already feel the burn! The glimpse of the 2 geese was enough to make the experience unforgettable.

Today's 20-minute stroll with my blue walker was a calming experience, feeling the sun's warmth on my face as I moved along. I could feel my legs working, and even though it wasn't easy, a sense of pure joy filled me. The leg strength will come back, maybe not immediately.

It felt like a red-hot poker was twisting in my lower back and side; the pain was unbelievable, a solid 8/10 on the scale. I had a few days off and concluding it was the treadmill. The amortization or the heavy thumping exacted its toll.

Overcome with excitement, I walked for 11 minutes straight on the treadmill, the rhythmic thud of my feet a steady beat against the machine. I felt invincible, on top of the world, but as the sun began to set, a wave of tiredness washed over me.

Since I hammer my legs in the morning, my second workout is usually lighter, a gentle flow to avoid overstraining. An hour on my feet was a challenge, but I impressed myself with my endurance; my legs were definitely feeling it. I might have explored further.

I managed a 5-minute stint on the treadmill; a small victory, but nonetheless, my muscles were already feeling the burn. Because I'm confident in my abilities, that time will increase rapidly; I know I can push myself further.

I’m working out more intensely on my stationary bike now. I have to admit, I’m impressed right now. It seems the redness on my face is helping.
