Yakitori - not exactly complex food but it's one of my favourites. In Fukuoka there's quite a range of food that ends up on the yakitori grill :) No two yakitori-ya (restaurants) ever seem to have the same taste.

I'm a foreigner in Japan (obviously) & I have no problem with a crackdown on problems caused by foreigners. Japan is for the Japanese, we are guests. The country should be governed with that in mind, not trying to accommodate our cultural identities.
