This basically. Virgin O2 has suddenly decided my phone contract of 12 years + is owned by my partner and for that reason I can no longer access my account, which they have never ever controlled. An absolutely nuts roll out. The guy on the phone sounded. unsurprised.
@virginmedia I have spent 3 hours trying to understand why my email account is locked. It is because Virgin Media and O2 have combined their email or other systems. Why were customers not told about this in advance. 1000s of people like me have wasted their time trying to fix Your mess.
