9/x Starting anew will benefit active members a lot, especially at the beginning. This will then give a higher exposure/new members: - at start the rewards are "easier to obtain"/"higher" since it is not diluted to "inactive" holders. "Rewarded for being active in the DAO."

8/x My first vision would be to start the community fully anew. The reason is that there are many inactive holders who would not shape our future at all. Implementing "rewards" for "active" members would be the first step. Inactive members can always become active again btw.

6/x The multisig should be purely run by the community, thus the neutral, helpful parties @KevinGarrison, @Rarma_ and @gh0stdotexe would step down (unless they want to continue) The community (that means *you*) should step up and decide what to do with the 30k $USDC.

5/x The current 5 multisig holders only preliminarily hold the funds for the community. The reason is that the funds were "stuck" in the founders' wallets due to their inactivity. *By no means is this defamation, they simply were busy with other things, I guess. So what's next?
