During our Art day the Owls learnt all about Edwina Bridgeman's art. Inspired by her work, they created clothes peg figures of Florence Nightingale and Mary Seacole.

In Science the Kingfishers made some fantastic reptiles and amphibians out of clay. They made sure they included all the features they have been learning about. Well done Kingfishers!

In Art the Owls created some amazing portraits in the style of the artist Julian Opie. Great work Owls!

In Music the Owls performed their own call and response songs to the class. They were fantastic!

During our Art day the Owls were working on their sketching skills. They practiced different types of line forms and shading before then sketching parts of Florence Nightingale's portrait. They then had a go at sketching their own self-portraits using their skills.

On World Religion Day the Owls enjoyed celebrating the different religious beliefs in our class. They all looked fantastic in their religious outfits!

In Computing, the Owls enjoyed using the Bee-Bots to practice programming using different algorithms. We also investigated how the same commands can create different outcomes when sequenced differently. Amazing work Owls!
