Update on me; it’s been 4 weeks since I got clean and went cold turkey on prescription pain killers after years of abuse. I feel and apparently look worlds healthier. I am bored tho and that concerns me - gotta find a way to really fill my days. 4 hard weeks but I fucking did it!

So I’ve been transparent with it and I guess I’ll continue. Today was my first RWF sober. The last two races I did I was in the midst of my addiction issues with pain medication. Scary, got upset with myself a lot but got through it. Day one down. Now we build, improve and slay.

I’m having a WoW issue where whenever I play with top level players or do content above my usual rating I get super anxious. To the point of like panic when I make mistakes. Has anyone ever had or overcome something like that? I wanna play with my friends but I’m kinda bricked :(

Following the charity stream yesterday Echo decided to go in a different direction for the Race to World First. I am pretty heartbroken by this, i've worked every event since Sanctum RWF for Echo and have given them my all. I'll certainly try to still be involved elsewhere!

This weekend I am travelling for 2 live bands back to back. I've been off antidepressants for weeks.

Officially finished casting for this RWF barring anything weird.
Was ready to call this my last race casting- I felt like I was done coming in to it but the community and my coworkers reminded me why I do what I do. With 8k raised for charity (so far!) I’m happy with our work.
