Some random comments on why so little of our work tours internationally - all of it funding-related: 1. Our work often lacks ambition / feels cheap 2. It is too inward looking / detached from global themes 3. It is very undercooked, due to short rehearsals and performance runs

Mixed feelings about the Transfer Programme. Plonking an org in another town undermines work that local companies are already doing I know many of the orgs on this list will navigate a geo move with care & commitment but it seems less like levelling up & more ACE tick boxing
