This year the Team are fundraising for @propertyforkids, a charity who raise money for children’s charities throughout the Midlands. On June 5th the team will be completing a 26.2 mile walkathon through the Cotswolds. All donations greatly appreciated!.

We were delighted to join @propertyforkids in touring the new facilities which Graftongate helped fund at the MacGregor Ward at Warwick Hospital. It was fantastic to see what the money raised went towards in helping children & young people feel more comfortable during their stay.

Graftongate and partners Knowsley Redevelopments Ltd are pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted for a 200,000 sqft logistics facility at Knowsley Business Park in Merseyside. Works are due to commence on site Q2 2024 with occupation available from Q1 2025.

Resolution to Grant planning for a 175,000 sq ft logistics facility at Hayes Bridge Retail Park has been passed at committee. 30 months of hard work to secure unanimous support. The best in class facility was secured in conjunction with AimCo and Oxenwood.
