This 👇👇👇 I rant about MTD and HMRC because I care about what I do 40 years in this profession & the system of taxation & the state of our tax authority (who collect the money to pay for public services) is at the worst it's ever been The "customer" (tax payer) deserves more
Am I hard on HMRC? Yes with good reason But day in day out my team spend hours on the phone trying to get through to HMRC to resolve issues - many of their own creation Walk a mile in an accountant's shoes - at the top they are shambolic https://t.co/QQPaauH2GT
