Our school choir have had an amazing evening performing in the Young Voices concert. They did themselves and the school proud. Photos and videos to follow. We’re on the bus and on our way back to school. ETA - 10:30-10:45pm

In gymnastics, we have been working on our different body shapes/positions to help us with our different rolls. Today, we worked on log rolls, teddy bear rolls, sideways roll and a forward roll to help create a sequence. #GSwoodpeckers #GSbeactive

Today, we finished the Autumn Term and party day with a whole school gathering around the Christmas tree for a story about a Christmas Tree with Mrs Miles. We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and we will see you all in the New Year.

Yesterday, we went to the Savoy Theatre in Monmouth to watch ‘The Christmas Extravaganza’. Some of the children, staff and PTFA helpers even made it onto stage to help with the magic of Christmas…

Yesterday, we had our annual carol service at St Giles. The choir started us off with ‘In the Bleak Midwinter’, followed by Owls/Y5 singing ‘Silent Night’ in English and German, infants singing ‘Jesus is born’, readings by Peregrines and thankfulness prayers by Woodpeckers.
