REMINDER: The Enterprise in “Star Trek: The Next Generation” had a deck called Cetacean Ops, where dolphins and whales were crew mates who helped with navigation. It was referenced twice in the show, but never seen! (1/4)

Has anyone done a comparative analysis of Mencius’ “sprouts of virtue” to Aristotelian virtue ethics?. Because it seems to me that Mencius arrived at the exact same ideas as Aristotle, even if they would’ve had absolutely no contact in the 4th century BCE.

Addressing climate change is not a “pass/fail” scenario. It is a process of mitigating severity that will happen in our lifetimes. Saying “it’s over, do whatever you want” is both foolhardy and literally incorrect. We can always make a difference — and will continue to do so.

HONEST QUESTION:. Do undergraduates using ChatGPT on every single essay think they won’t need any skills ChatGPT can’t provide?. SECOND QUESTION:. Why would an employer hire someone to do work that ChatGPT could easily do?. You NEED to learn abilities to maneuver beyond the easy.
