Enjoyable course set up this morning with a greenkeepers revenge day at the club. Hopefully all members had fun. Each member of staff had a hole each to pick an idea. @CountySligoGC @thecosligopro

Busy few weeks on the Links, topdressing fairways and overseeding greens. One of our turf nursery's getting stripped ready for seeding with fescue. The turf nursery's are very important to our winter work programme. @thecosligopro

Graminicide working well on areas around the course. All Green surrounds and Fairways sprayed. Over the past 4 years we have applied graminicide to most areas apart from our 8th which has now been completed. Some seed needed and help to recover. @CountySligoGC @thecosligopro

A little late in the year for some deep rough management, but sometimes it's a needs must. We will be applying some gramincide to these areas afterwards to help with pace of play.#newmachine @CountySligoGC @thecosligopro

Well done to the team over the past few months on getting the course ready for the West. It's always a challenge at this time of year to have winter projects finished up and to have any sort of playing surfaces. Great work @CountySligoGC @woig2022 @GolfIreland_

The stormd will not stop the crew. The aeration programme continues on tees, 11mm tines. The 8th Green is struggling a little, so we put some seed out and a little nutrition. Most of the damage is from ball marks and grub damage. Bunker work continues on hole 13. -@CountySligoGC
