Blast Off came to Arcade Archives, so here's the only real piece of trivia I have on it:. On the title screen, holding 1P & 2P Start, 1P & 2P Button 1 + Button 2, and 1P & 2P Up will replace the copyright text with a secret message. That's all I've got.
